Down to Earth provides specialized geotechnical and environmental drilling services for engineers, consultants, planning firms, mining companies, municipalities, and both provincial and federal governments across Northern Ontario. With a licensed and well-trained team, we are certified by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change. Our staff includes licensed Well Technicians and Assistant Well Technicians, all of whom have undergone extensive training in safety protocols, including WHMIS, propane handling, spill response, fall arrest, and first aid. Safety remains our top priority in every project.

Maurice Corriveau
P.Eng., CEO, Project Manager
Maurice Corriveau is a Senior Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), the National Drilling Association, and the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). With over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, drilling, and coring, he has worked on projects involving commercial buildings, bridges, pavement structures, and municipal services. Maurice oversees all drilling projects from initiation to completion and is a licensed water well technician with the MECP under Ontario Regulation 903, holding Class 1, 2, and 3 licenses.
Andrew Waboose

Wesley Tabaczuk is a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO). With over 15 years of experience, he has worked extensively as a Geotechnical Engineer throughout Northern and Eastern Ontario. Mr. Tabaczuk is a highly practical, hands-on professional known for delivering cost-effective engineering design solutions that are tailored to the specific requirements of each project. He is adept at managing tight timelines while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency and safety.
